Wednesday Weigh in – Breaking the cycle part I

Well I have been on the weight loss/gain merry go round this week, and have had it. I get on the scale and lose, I get on the scale and gain, I base my self esteem on what the scale says, not how I feel not how I plan the long term. Then I’m down or angry the rest of the day/week and wonder why I’ve gained again the next week. I’ve decided it’s time to break the cycle and I’m going to start today.

I have a plan – not fully formulated yet, I got so excited about this concept I went into hyper organized mode, which really means I was off in the weeds somewhere for a little while and realized it was getting on towards time to get a post out.

I’m going to keep on working toward this and updating a little farther in the evening. I hope everyone has a wonderful afternoon and am excited to write more later.

    Breaking the cycle is hard to do. I find myself breaking it, then falling back onto it. How are your doing with your plan?
